Itani Quality Homes is a family business that was started by Rafik and Marysue Itani over twenty years ago. Since then Itani Quality Homes has built over two hundred homes in the Moscow and Pullman area. As Itani Quality Homes grew, two of their sons, Ryan and Jameel, joined and are now an integral part of the business.
Originally from Beirut Lebanon, Rafik received his college education in the United States and eventually became a professor and the department chair of Civil Engineering at Washington State University. Later, with his engineering knowledge and ingenuity, Rafik started a business of building houses. This business is now known as Itani Quality Homes and is distinguished as an influential home building company on the Palouse.
With a background in art, Marysue not only enjoys but takes great pride in creating an efficient workable design, coordinating finish materials and the final presentation of the home.
Jameel is a graduate from WSU and takes satisfaction in working with and scheduling the contractors, paying attention to detail and following up with customers for a smooth delivery of their home.
Ryan Itani is a WSU graduate in Civil Engineering and has worked for Engineeing firms in Spokane and Seattle. He is a valuable asset to the engineering components of building homes and developing subdivisions
